As part of our ongoing efforts to improve health services for students who may face barriers in the health-care system, Gender Affirmation Care is designed to complement the coverage already provided by provincial health insurance for students diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

Talking to someone and learning skills to improve your well-being can be extremely helpful. But we know it’s not always easy or financially possible to prioritize your mental health or find culturally appropriate care quickly. We’re here to help.
Through our Youth Mental Health program, we’re providing two hours of virtual therapy cost-free and a one-year complimentary subscription to Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to individuals from 15 - 29 years old living in Canada.

Then connect with them from wherever you are, when it’s convenient for you.
