Ray oversees all head office operations— everything from information technology to claims administration to human resources, so we continually over-deliver on customer expectations. Ray also has experience overseeing IT operations in a variety of business environments, which benefits our customers through an in-depth understanding of key success factors for superior business operations.

What you may not know: This CAO is also known as our very own ‘man in black’.

Isabel protects the assets of the company by effectively managing risk and keeping the books accurate, while instilling a financial mindset to operational execution, strategy and policy. Her experience in senior financial and operating roles makes her perfect for GSC.

What you may not know: She is passionate about improving access to health care for special needs individuals and devotes her personal time to several significant organizations. She plans to relax in her next life.

Steve focuses on bringing to life unique sales, marketing and product development initiatives to deliver industry-leading innovations. He has held progressively senior positions in the industry spanning a variety of organizational functions. This benefits our customers through first-hand perspective on bringing services to market supported by superior customer service.

Cindy leads everything IT—strategy, architecture and portfolio management—to deliver innovative business solutions. She has IT experience both on the supplier side with IT consulting and the client side with IT management, which benefits our customers through strategic IT expertise combined with daily commitment to detail.

Fun fact about Cindy: This IT expert (and hard-working Mom!) loves fine foods and the great outdoors.

Tim is responsible for the organization’s HR functions – including talent and performance management, compensation, recruitment, training, and labour-management relations. He has a diverse background, gaining experience through senior roles in the business, labour and government communities. Tim works to align the organization’s goals with those of our clients and the communities we serve.

What you may not know: When he’s not busy with his ’day job’ he can often be found on the golf course.

Wendy conceptualizes and delivers unique pharmacy strategies—it’s no wonder we’re known industry-wide as leaders in pharmacy innovation. She has extensive experience in health care delivery, including a number of progressively senior positions at GSC—as an industry insider, her distinctive expertise translates into concrete customer benefits.

More about Wendy: She’s a GSC veteran, a seasoned traveler and a fashion enthusiast.

Rick oversees all aspects of the customer experience from claims management to customer service to client administration. He builds on his background with years in the benefits industry to see the world through our customers’ eyes—focusing his attention on exceeding expectations with every glance.

What you may not know: He’s passionate about fast cars, freedom and putting the customer first.

David is always ahead of the curve—whether in terms of industry trends or up-and-coming innovations in service delivery. For our customers, this translates into innovative solutions that meet their objectives— no one-size-fits-all cookie cutter approach here. He built his career through progressively senior leadership positions in all aspects of health, dental and disability management.

Fun fact about David: He’s the ultimate Toronto sports fan and, as a result, has led a mostly unhappy life.

Charles heads up our Strategic Partner Solutions business unit, providing our partner clients with the advantage of superior business technology and expertise to benefit their customers. He brings to this role in-depth experience overseeing large-scale client initiatives where he consistently exceeded service deliveryand financial expectations.
